You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will end at the end of your current prepaid period.
To cancel a subscription purchased through our website:
- Open and log into Tugo TV (https://tugotv.app/login)
- Select your profile name in the top right corner
- Click "Purchases"
- Click "Cancel"
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
- Continue to enjoy Tugo's free plan!
Users can also delete their account from their account settings, however, this does NOT cancel your subscription(s). You must first cancel your subscription(s) before deleting your account.
