How do I change my account details?

To change email: 

Mobile:

1. After signing into your account, click your profile icon in the top right corner

2. Click "Account Settings" 

3. Click "Edit" on the top right

3. Enter the new information and click "Save" on the top right 

Web Browser: 

1. After signing into your account, click your profile icon in the top right corner

2. Click "My Account"

3. Click "Change User Details" 

3. Enter the changes in the boxes provided then click "change" 

To change password:

Option 1: On the web app you can change your password from your settings > My Account > change password. 

Option 2: To reset a forgotten password, use the "forgot password" function on the sign in page or visit https://www.tugotv.app/forgot-password and enter your account email and click "send email".

To change your name or country (web browser only: https://tugotv.app/):

1. After signing into your account, click your profile icon in the top right corner

2. Click "My Account" 

3. Select "Change User Details"

4. Enter the changes in the boxes provided then click "change"
