1. Activate your subscription by following the instructions in your welcome email. Please be sure to check your promotions or junk folder for your welcome email. If you cannot find it and are unable to activate your subscription, please submit a ticket.


2. Please ensure that you have correctly input your desired payment method while signing up for tugo TV. While our 5-day trial is risk and contract free, we do require a payment method to be linked to your account.


If you have ensured that you have correctly input your payment method and still cannot access your account, please submit a ticket.


3. Your username is the email you used when signing up for a subscription.

Your password is what you created when signing up for a subscription. 

   

If you do not remember your password, visit tugotv.com, click "Log in" (located in the top right corner), and click "forgot your password?" and follow the prompts to reset your password.
